Welcome drinks of tender coconut or Kafe Timor which is a locally brewed coffee that holds a special place in the culture and hospitality of the country. The yacht will be anchored for guests to swim, snorkel and use the water toys. Sunset drinks will be set up ‘beach style’ below Christo Rei (Jesus statue).

ALOR - is one of the world’s most ethnically diverse places. On the island there are 140,000 people divided among 50 tribes, each of which speaks a distinct languages or dialects that fall into seven distinct language groups. Some groups practiced head headhunting up until the 1950s.

Despite it short name, ALOR ISLANDS hide a long list of splendours from fascinating underwater wonders up to a unique culture of the highland people.

Although not as popular as Raja Ampat and Komodo Island, the waters around this archipelago offer fascinating dives. There are at least 50 dive suits for all levels stretching from Alor Island to Pantar Island.

Komodo National Park is located within the Lesser Sunda Islands in the border region between the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara. The park includes the three larger islands Komodo, Padar and Rinca, and 26 smaller ones. The national park was founded in 1980 to protect the Komodo dragon, the world's largest lizard. Later it was dedicated to protecting other species, including marine species. In 1991 the national park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Komodo National Park has been selected as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. The waters surrounding Komodo island contain rich marine biodiversity. Komodo islands is also a part of the Coral Triangle, which contains some of the richest marine biodiversity on Earth. In short, Komodo and its surrounding islands are simply spectacular. Labuan Bajo is the central hub of the region and rather trendy with various restaurants and a buzzing night life.

I would suggest spending 4 days in this region and really explore with Galileo and the tenders.

Most Atolls from MALE are reached within 2-3 hrs of cruising. 3. Although there are surfing and diving locations all over the Maldives the best and more consistent surf breaks are on the East coast of the atolls. 4. For guests or children that don’t have much interest in diving and surfing, rest assured the “other toys onboard are plentiful. 5. At any private location we can set up the famous “Galileo beach BBQ”. Ideally before sunset to soak in the views without the heat.
